Crafting elegance

It is after an internship in leathergood making that Lola fell in love with accesorries and jewellery in particular.
In 2015 she started her parcours at Institut Jeanne Toussaint, where she follwed multiple disciplines such as silver- and goldsmitting, wax carving and casting.

Alongside her schooling she worked in an atelier in order to sharpen her technique.
In 2021 she decided to follow the path that was laid out for her, and laucnhed her little studio under her own name.

Lola Doolage Studio was born.

First, Lola’s designs were marked by pure geometrical lines, with the attention to floathing aspects.
Through the years, her designs became more and more audacious. Lola wants to create statement pieces. Her rings being her favourite jewellery piece to make, she is inspired by the Cocktail ring and what it reflects. For her, every piece of jewellery tells a story. “I’ve always admired those mature women, wearing a very sober outfit, yet wearing that one ring that translates it all ; their attitude, taste, audacity and their story. I aspire to be like them, one day”.

What’s very recognizable to Lola's designs is her colour palette. There are precious stones she would never marry with white gold for example, as the warmth of the stone would’nt translate the same.
Besides, Lola’s other trademark is the use of mixed metals. Silver and yellow gold is her absolute favourite combination.

In order to give every jewel its’ uniqueness, Lola mainly works on demand. Some of her designs (mainly unique pieces) are available to purchase or can be tailor-made for you.

All the designs are hallmarked by Lola's very recognisable master stamp represented by three intertwined cubes.
